Fruit Salad

This is the way my mom always has made fruit salad for us … the special thing about it is that the longer it sits in the fridge the better it tasts … and u can add what ever fruit is in the season … its simple and delicious …  to make it u will need:

– Any fruits that u like(in this i used apples, oranges, pears, grapes, kiwi and apricots)

– Juice .. again any u prefare .. in this one i used mango and cocktail juice..

Choose your own selection of fruits .. watever is in the season … there is no specific amount … just how much so ever u want ..

cut all fruits

Cut all the fruits …

add to juice

In a bowl … pour the juice … and mix the fruits with it .. add as much juice enough to cover all the fruits …

Let it set for a while .. my advice would be let it sit over night .. it would taste better then .. but u can always keep it lesser … and thats it … healthy fresh fruit salad …

Enjoy 🙂 …

    HI Laila!
This fruit salad sounds a lot like the one that I use.. soaking in fruit juice is great, the fruit absorbs the flavour and softens too, much better than covering it with some sugary glaze!
I usually use mango nectar, and always put passionfruit pulp for a crunch.
P.S. Thanks for commenting on my blog 🙂 You’re a lot more devoted than I am to cooking/blogging haha!
